Looking but not seeing

You can live in a place your whole life not see anything. Get caught up in imaginary problems and when it changes, you might think, I don’t even have a picture. What was it worth. It’s a good question.

While traveling around Pennsylvania, I saw things I could imagine, but never really thought about. I live very near a mountain range, something that I’ve always loved, but didn’t see it until my mother visited. That sense of adventure can easily be lost and all you had to ask to ruin it is, “Why?”.

In a past life the answer to that question simply equated to, “Because.” Have a good look around from time to time. If not for yourself, for me.
